It Flows From Within

It Flows from Within is an original painted wood relief exploring nature through carved forms, layered textures, color, and movement.  Inspired by a photograph by Rick Branscomb, I wanted to create a place that feels both peaceful and mysterious. The winding waterway and watchful birds remind us that while others may influence our journey, the direction we choose—and the strength to follow it—flows from within.
This piece won Best of Show, Point of View Exhibit, Cape Cod Art Center.
